The NetLaw Power of Attorney is a general durable Power of Attorney. This document appoints an individual (known as a"Attorney-in-Fact" or "Agent") to act on your behalf with regard to your financial affairs. Most often, this document is used by the Agent when you become incapacitated or are otherwise unable to conduct your affairs. However, it is effective immediately, whether you are disabled or not. The powers conveyed by the document are not affected by your later disability or incapacity.
